This job initially came in as a leak in the ceiling. The customer urgently contacted our team, informing us the water was leaking from the ceiling in their utility room. Understanding the severity of the situation, we dispatched one of our licensed plumbers to the site to address the issue and provide the necessary solutions. 

Hot Water Heater Needs Repairs

Upon arrival, the skilled plumber identified an active leak in the ceiling. With expertise and precision, the plumber swiftly accessed the leaking trap by opening the ceiling.

The plumber was granted access to the upstairs unit and identified the source of the leak as an old, malfunctioning water heater without a collection pan.
