Failed Ejector Pump Needs Immediate Mitigation
We received a call indicating that a customer had a failed ejector pump and needed our services. Our team headed to Horner Park for an initial inspection and found sewage around the washer, dryer, and in the utility room where the pump was located. The customer’s prompt action and our swift response were crucial in mitigating the damage and addressing the problem efficiently.
Due to the presence of the sewage, the customer was very distressed. The Rescue Plumbing team was efficient and began cleaning and setting up containments immediately.
