Fixing a Clogged Sewer in Lincoln Park

Recently, we completed a sewer repair and cleanout install in Lincoln Park, Chicago. Originally, we were hired to rod out a clogged sewer. However, like many plumbing jobs we encounter, the issue people see is not the actual underlying problem.

First, we attempted to power rod the sewer, but the pipe was broken and full of grease. We removed brick pavers outside the residence, and excavated several feet down to the sewer pipe.

Installing Sewer Clean Out Access

Once we got to the sewer line, installing the new clean out access went pretty straight forward. We also had to hydrojet the sewer afterwards and camera inspect to make sure the sewer was squeaky clean when we left.
